Who should attend?
Anyone who suffers from the worry problem that you feel you’d be better off getting rid of. It might be causing problems with sleeping, or interfering with your overall level of happiness.
Why is having a worry habit a problem?
Worry is more than a waste of time – a worry habit can lead to – or aggravate – major health problems including: Heart Disease, High Blood Pressure, Stroke, Decreased Immunity,. Infections, Digestive Problems, Weight Gain, Sleeplessness, Memory Problems, Addictions, Alzheimer’s Disease and Senile Dementia, even high blood sugar.
Can a three hour program really make a difference?
Yes. We will be doing three group hypnosis sessions and you will leave with a handout and free CD an emergency STOP WORRYING HYPNOSIS recording. I have worked with thousands of worriers and am confident this approach works. Just bring a worry to work on and an open mind.
It will be a small group (fewer than 20 likely) so each person will have a chance to be part of the experience.
Is this program psychotherapy?
No. This program is not for people with psychiatric illnesses such as major depression or anxiety disorders. It is for otherwise healthy people who have picked up the habit of unnecessary worry. If you are in therapy I ask that you get your therapist’s buy-in before the first session.
