there is a lot to worry about these days if YOU want to.
But do you really want to?
After all, worry is an unpleasant emotion, a form of fear. But it can also become a habit. And, like any habit, it can be broken with a little intention, some attention and a decision that “enough is enough.”
If you are sick and tired of literally making yourself sick with worry, I would like to invite you to attend a 90 minute hypnotic workshop August 1st from 7PM to 8:30PM over ZOOM.
Keep in mind this is NOT psychotherapy and I am not a licensed therapist. I am simply a “recovering chronic worrier” with some hypnotism tricks up his sleeve to help otherwise reasonably well-balanced people break their worry habit.
