How do you know if pot/weed smoking
has become a problem?
Common sense says that when you feel the need to control a habit, it is out of control. Ask yourself these questions about your marijuana, weed, pot smoking habit:

been damaged by marijuana smoking?

Has anyone in your life complained about your smoking?

3. Have you noticed that you feel withdrawn from people when smoking even
if you are supposedly smoking with them?

4. Have you noticed your memory has been slipping?
Is it difficult to retain a telephone number in memory without writing it down?

5. Have you ever said you wanted to stop smoking marijuana
and failed to do so?

6. Are you spending more money on marijuana than you can afford?

7. Do you find it more difficult to focus and complete projects?

8. Ever have paranoid fantasies when smoking pot or at other times?

such as alcohol instead of facing your addiction to all mind altering drugs?

If you answered 1 or more of these questions YES, you are probably having a problem with marijuana. Two or more YES’ means you definitely have a pot problem. So, do the math.
My pot smoking program will be customized to your needs. Plan on a minimum of three hypnosis sessions. You will not be asked to stop smoking at the first hypnosis get free of the pot habit session. Typically the second hypnosis session will be your quit marijuana freedom date. The third session will be a follow-up.
Please get out of your mind medical marijuana issues. This is not about marijuana that has been prescribed for you by a medical doctor for issues like glaucoma or chemotherapy. This is about “recreational” use of marijuana that has gotten out of control. This is when a the pot smoking past-time becomes a problem.
